"Doc Talks"

So last month, we were invited to join Dr. Brian Sheppard for his podcast "Doc Talks with Dr. Brian Sheppard". Doc Brian was wanting to visit with us about our story of Adoption and Fostering. I must admit, I was cautiously apprehensive at first. I have never considered any of my children to be "adopted" that's a label, it's part of our story, but not our identity. After visiting with Stacy and praying about it, we felt that it is a large part of our testimony and our story. While we were sharing our story, which is unique to us, it does include many others that walked this journey with us.

What a great way for us to share the gospel, and all the great things that God has done in our lives. They released the podcast yesterday, and I was very honored with the production that his team at the Be Frank Network put together, although, this picture of me that they drew looks NOTHING LIKE ME!

Sharing this for all of our friends that may or may not know our full story. Hope you will be encouraged!

Listen to the Howell’s tell their story of adopting twin girls and their baby sister!

On this week's episode of Doc Talks, we sit down with David & Stacey Howell.

David, being adopted, had a desire to adopt. When he and Stacy decided to adopt, they set out to adopt a baby boy. However, as chance would have it, they ended up adopting twin girls, then later their baby sister!

Their biological children were happy with the adoption, but their son wanted a boy. However, when he saw the twins, he fell in love.

Not to spoil the episode, but the Howells allow their adopted children’s biological mom to be a part of their lives!

Don’t miss this story of grace and mercy.
